Brand Manager / Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager / Marketing & Communications Manager to shape and execute our brand’s strategy across all touchpoints. This hands‑on role blends strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution, driving brand awareness, customer growth, and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and implement the annual brand marketing and communications plan across digital and physical channels.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice on social media, website, email, PR, retail, and partnership initiatives.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns, aligning them with business objectives and measurable KPIs.
• Manage the marketing calendar, campaign timelines, and content production in partnership with the Creative Director and external agencies.
• Design and execute influencer strategies, building long‑term relationships with creators and cultural tastemakers.
• Identify, negotiate, and oversee strategic brand partnerships and collaborations.
• Optimize the Shopify store from a marketing perspective, including content, promotions, and conversion tactics.
• Utilise CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo) for segmentation, retention, and customer communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or creative strategy, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, design or consumer brands.
• Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns and manage brand partnerships.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for digital, press, email, website and marketing collateral.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Shopify e‑commerce platform.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo.
