BPO Trainer – Onboarding & Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Trainer to shape the learning experience of our BPO teams. You will be responsible for onboarding new hires, delivering continuous training, and supporting employee growth from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging onboarding and training sessions for new and existing staff.
• Create, update, and maintain training materials, guides, and learning content.
• Identify development needs and drive continuous learning initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness, provide performance feedback, and coach employees on knowledge and soft‑skill improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations and Team Leaders to align training with business objectives.
• Support quality and performance improvement projects.
• Foster a positive, motivating learning environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in training, coaching, learning & development, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Passion for people development and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Prior BPO or contact‑center experience is a plus.
