Bookkeeper for Direct-to-Consumer Health & Wellness Brand

About the role

Hyprwork is a fast‑growing operator of direct‑to‑consumer health and wellness brands. As the company scales, it needs a dedicated Bookkeeper to maintain a clear, daily view of its finances and support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage the bookkeeping system from scratch using QuickBooks or Xero together with Google Sheets.
• Perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts and multiple payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments, Wise).
• Track cash position and deliver concise daily reports to leadership.
• Assist with monthly close activities, preparing reconciliations and audit‑ready schedules.
• Collaborate with Finance and People & Culture on payroll inputs, commissions, bonuses, and flag any anomalies.

Required profile

• Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in high‑volume ecommerce or DTC environments.
• Ability to build a bookkeeping workflow from a clean slate without an ERP.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion with confidential financial data.
• Comfort working with multiple currencies and fast‑moving transaction volumes.
