Bilingual Staff Auditor

About the role

Tuba Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Auditor who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The role involves reviewing records, transactions and operational processes to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal contracting requirements. Travel of 15‑20% and occasional onsite client visits are expected.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits and reviews following established procedures and contractual requirements.
• Examine records, documentation and transactions for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate audit findings clearly in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing.
• Interview Spanish‑speaking individuals to gather information during audits.
• Identify discrepancies, trends and potential compliance concerns.
• Document audit results, maintain complete files and prepare concise reports with corrective‑action recommendations.
• Follow up on identified issues to verify resolution and meet productivity and quality standards.
• Collaborate with management, employees, clients and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to interpret policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
