Bilingual Security Guard – Patrol

About the role

Allied Universal® is seeking a bilingual Security Guard to provide patrol and protection services across a variety of client sites in Puerto Rico, including retail stores, malls, pharmaceutical facilities, corporate campuses, and Fortune 500 companies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular and random patrols of client premises and perimeter.
• Enforce site‑specific security policies and procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations.
• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at reception areas.
• Document and channel incident reports according to company standards.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license.
• Ability to work rotating weekly schedules.
• Pass background check, drug screening, and credentialing processes.
