Bilingual Content Moderator (French/English) – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Content Moderator fluent in French and English to help maintain the quality and safety of our online platform. You will work in Lisbon, reviewing user‑generated content and ensuring it complies with our policies, contributing to a trustworthy digital environment for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess text, images, audio, and video against established guidelines.
• Make objective moderation decisions and document them in internal systems.
• Flag and escalate high‑risk or sensitive material following escalation procedures.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets while adhering to documented workflows.
• Identify trends, policy gaps, or recurring issues and report them to quality and policy teams.
• Participate in regular calibration sessions, training updates, and well‑being initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with strong cultural awareness.
