Bell Attendant – Guest Services

About the role

The Bell Attendant provides a first‑impression of hospitality by greeting guests, handling luggage, and delivering essential information about the property. Working on the front‑line of guest services, you will ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, opening doors and offering a warm welcome.
• Explain room features, amenities, and property services.
• Transport guest luggage to and from rooms or designated bell areas.
• Assist guests with vehicle loading/unloading and provide directions.
• Arrange transportation such as taxis, shuttles, or limousine services.
• Communicate parking procedures and handle guest inquiries by phone.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to company policies.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and climbing stairs for extended periods.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
