Behavioral Health Associate – Children & Adolescents

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Behavioral Health Associate to support children and adolescents in a structured, team‑focused environment. You will play a key part in maintaining patient safety while delivering hands‑on care and empathetic support each day.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing supervision.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients.
• Address patient concerns promptly and respectfully.
• Recognize and respond to patient needs with safety as the top priority.
• Support a positive, professional atmosphere for both patients and team members.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR, de‑escalation, and restraint certification (training provided upon hire).
• First‑aid certification may be required based on state or facility regulations.
