Beauty and Wellness Consultant

About the role

The Beauty and Wellness Consultant delivers exceptional customer care while driving sales and brand awareness in a retail environment. You will provide personalized beauty and wellness advice, conduct mini‑makeovers and skincare consultations, and ensure each client leaves with a complete, inspiring look.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations using tools such as the Skin Hydrometer and tablet.
• Lead in‑store events to promote owned brands and overall beauty, wellness, and personal care offerings.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through link‑selling, up‑selling, and effective use of testers and sampling.
• Maintain a clean, organized department and ensure compliance with hygiene standards for testers.
• Process transactions at the cash register and handle employee purchases.
• Collaborate with store leadership to review performance and implement asset‑protection procedures.

Required profile

• Passion for beauty and wellness with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to build authentic relationships and provide a memorable customer experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail setting and handling multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Skin Hydrometer.
• Experience using tablets for consultations.
• Operation of cash registers and familiarity with store systems and equipment.
