About the role

The Beauty and Wellness Consultant delivers an exceptional, personalized customer experience in a retail environment, helping clients discover products and services that meet their beauty and wellness needs. The role combines sales expertise with in‑depth product knowledge to inspire confidence and drive brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate beauty and wellness solutions.
• Conduct mini‑makeovers, skincare consultations, and product demonstrations using tools such as a Skin Hydrometer and tablet.
• Lead in‑store events and promotions to increase brand loyalty and sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized department and ensure tester hygiene compliance.
• Process transactions at the cash register and handle employee purchases.
• Collaborate with store leadership to review performance and meet sales targets.
• Support omni‑channel initiatives, locate products in other stores or online, and provide accurate product information.

Required profile

• Passion for beauty and wellness with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a focus on upselling and cross‑selling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced retail setting.

Required skills

• Operation of a Skin Hydrometer for skin analysis.
• Proficient use of tablets for digital consultations and product lookup.
• Cash register handling and point‑of‑sale system navigation.
• Familiarity with store inventory and asset‑protection procedures.
