Beauty Advisor – Inside Sales

About the role

By working at Sally Beauty you become part of the world’s largest hair and beauty supplier, helping customers express themselves through hair. The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Enroll customers in the Loyalty program and keep them informed.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty culture values.

Required profile

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lb, occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
• Physical demands include long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and occasional lifting of moderately heavy items.
