B2B Pricing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a B2B Pricing Specialist to drive data‑based pricing decisions across our commercial operations. In this remote position you will analyze pricing strategies, monitor market dynamics and identify margin opportunities to support sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales dynamics across brands, countries, suppliers and business lines.
• Analyze multiple core metrics to build a comprehensive view of pricing performance.
• Work with large datasets, pinpoint key events and root causes behind metric changes.
• Develop and implement solutions that improve pricing trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, present recommendations and track results.
• Communicate daily with the commercial team, gather feedback and summarise insights.
• Ensure data quality, verify suspicious information and process internal price‑discrepancy requests.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in analytics, pricing, revenue management or commercial analytics.
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2) or higher, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to identify root causes.
• Experience handling large data sets and systematic, structured thinking.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, charts).
• Basic SQL – read/modify existing queries and write simple data extracts.
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
