B2B Operations & Sales Specialist – Spanish

About the role

We are looking for a B2B Operations & Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Spanish market for a fast‑growing digital procurement platform. The role blends outbound sales, client relationship management, and operational support to help public and private sector organisations source more efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential B2B clients through calls, emails and virtual meetings.
• Present digital sourcing and procurement solutions to decision‑makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal preparation, negotiation and follow‑up.
• Prepare and send accurate commercial offers on time.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of leads and opportunities in CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with structured ramp‑up support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client requirements.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing coaching.

Required profile

• Native‑level Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).
• Proven experience in B2B sales (mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable with outbound and consultative selling approaches.
• Organised, proactive and goal‑oriented.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital tools.
• Background in procurement, SaaS or B2B platforms is a plus.
