About the role
We are looking for a B2B Marketer to join Dapper’s Lisbon office. You will work with one of our specialist teams – Demand, Performance or Content Marketing – helping ambitious B2B companies accelerate growth while collaborating with experienced marketers across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable marketing plans and lead projects from conception to delivery.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, conduct client workshops, and ensure campaigns are executed on time and meet performance targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in an agency, SaaS or fast‑paced scale‑up environment.
- Based in Portugal, fluent in English, with a growth mindset, strong feedback culture and willingness to test new approaches.
