Automation Developer (C# / .NET / Selenium)

About the role

Alongside, a Portuguese company that partners with international organisations to build and scale tech teams, is recruiting an Automation Developer for a client project. The client is a global leader in professional information solutions and software, active in Healthcare, Tax & Accounting, Financial & Corporate Compliance and Legal & Regulatory. The role focuses on designing and implementing test automation for product development teams, with a strong emphasis on C#.NET and Selenium WebDriver.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated tests using C# and Selenium WebDriver
• Run automation tests across multiple environments and browsers
• Convert manual regression test cases into automated tests and raise automation coverage
• Perform API testing and troubleshoot test failures
• Review automation code and promote reusable, maintainable solutions
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Work with development and QA teams in an Agile environment

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in test automation
• Experience with API testing
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Jira and test management tools
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Fluent English

Required skills

• C#.NET and Selenium WebDriver
• Cross-browser testing and web technologies (HTML, HTTP, CSS selectors, XPath)
• OOP, debugging and troubleshooting
