Atlassian Administrator – Banking Sector

About the role

We are looking for an Atlassian Administrator to ensure the high availability and performance of Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms within the banking sector. The role involves managing the full platform lifecycle, performing upgrades, and providing deep technical expertise on Atlassian tools and their integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high availability and performance of Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms.
• Manage the platform lifecycle, including planning and executing controlled upgrades for Jira, Confluence and plugins.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, proactive monitoring and incident reduction.
• Test and validate updates to guarantee seamless plugin compatibility (e.g., Exalate).
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on Linux servers, databases, storage, clusters and load balancers.
• Provide deep technical expertise on Atlassian tools and integrate them with ServiceNow, Splunk and other Atlassian instances.
• Enforce Atlassian administration best practices and participate in configuration governance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for operational continuity.

Required profile

• 5+ years administering Atlassian solutions (Jira and Confluence).
• 3+ years experience with Atlassian Data Center.
• Experience with ROVO and FORGE is a plus.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and implement permanent solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in Atlassian Data Center infrastructure.
