Associate Manager, Product Management - Strategy Execution

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Manager to drive product strategy execution within its Services division. The role sits in the Strategy & Execution team, advising senior leadership on translating strategic ambitions into measurable outcomes across AI‑enabled consulting initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the execution engine, converting high‑level strategy into clear, trackable action plans.
• Break down complex challenges into hypotheses and recommendations for senior decision‑makers.
• Identify bottlenecks, monitor risks and propose corrective actions to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple business lines to uncover synergies and drive value.
• Leverage AI and data insights to shape consulting solutions and support transformation projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in top‑tier strategic consulting.
• Proven ability to work on cross‑functional initiatives within a matrixed global organization.
• Experience presenting to senior audiences and influencing decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable questioning data and assumptions.
• Track record of turning strategy into operational results with measurable impact.
