Associate Counsel – Real Estate & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Counsel to support the expansion of innovative real estate and infrastructure transactions across European markets. The role combines transactional execution with market development, offering exposure to cross‑border deals and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior leadership and operational teams in structuring and executing complex commercial real‑estate and infrastructure transactions.
• Provide legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with external counsel and manage portfolio risk effectively.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ground lease agreements, and other transaction documents.
• Support market‑development initiatives and help build scalable legal frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial real‑estate lawyer in a law firm, in‑house, or mixed environment.
• Qualified to practice law within an EU member state and authorized to work in the EU.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and drafting abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional European language is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern collaboration tools such as Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
