JD Finish Line is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead its Montehiedra outlet in San Juan. The role combines day‑to‑day store operations with team leadership, ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing store team while fostering a positive work environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service standards.
• Drive sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and achievement of sales targets.
• Oversee inventory control, visual merchandising, store upkeep, and compliance with health and safety policies.
• Manage store budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize performance.
• Execute local marketing initiatives and build community relationships to strengthen brand presence.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity, proposing innovative improvements.
• Perform additional projects and duties as required by senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a record of meeting sales goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
