Assistant Relationship Officer Trainee

About the role

The Assistant Relationship Officer (RO) Trainee will support the bank's relationship management for international corporate clients, working within an innovative and digital environment. You will act as an Assistant RO, providing service to subsidiaries of the group’s corporate clients while adhering to BNP Paribas’ "One Bank" strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve corporate clients digitally via phone, email, chat and video.
• Ensure business activities align with the group’s "One Bank" strategy.
• Act in a product‑neutral manner in the best interest of clients and the BNP Paribas group.
• Observe compliance rules, including KYC, AML, and Terrorism Financing, as well as local regulations.
• Participate in the credit process and follow up on credit decisions.
• Maintain data accuracy throughout client intake and servicing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.
• Client‑focused mindset with strong communication abilities.
• Organized, rigorous and proactive approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using CRM tools.
