Assistant Manager – Operations (Lisbon, Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Lisbon team, supporting the operations of a leading international online community and advertising company. The role combines leadership of Operations Supervisors with a focus on sales and digital marketing performance, working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Operations Supervisors to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators, establishing ambitious targets and driving continuous improvement.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to maximise their potential.
• Resolve escalated customer issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of service.
• Anticipate challenges and opportunities, applying proactive problem‑solving and innovative approaches.

Required profile

• Advanced English fluency (C1 level or higher).
• Proven experience managing teams, preferably in sales or digital marketing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid setting.
