ASP.NET/C# Developer Graduate Program

About the role

Join Leonteq’s IT Development department in Lisbon as a Software Engineer on a twelve‑month graduate program. You will work on front‑office, structuring and quantitative investment strategy applications, gaining exposure to a leading fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements, define solutions and estimate effort.
• Participate in software and architectural design decisions.
• Develop and maintain an automated test suite within a CI/CD pipeline.
• Implement changes to meet business needs and keep the platform up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and a continuous‑learning mindset.
• Proactive “can‑do” attitude to deliver production‑ready code and support releases.

Required skills

• ASP.NET/C# (willingness to learn if not already experienced).
• Python.
• Bash.
• SQL.
