About the role

We are looking for a Behavioral Health Associate to provide compassionate, hands‑on care for children and adolescents in a structured, team‑focused environment. This position plays a key part in maintaining patient safety and supporting recovery each day.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care under the guidance of clinical or nursing leadership.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Interact with patients and team members using a positive, empathetic, and professional approach.
• Address patient concerns promptly and respectfully to ensure satisfaction and safety.
• Identify and respond to patient needs, prioritising safety at all times.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR certification and training in de‑escalation and restraint (provided if not already held).
• First‑aid certification may be required depending on state or facility regulations.
