Artwork & Labelling Junior Project Coordinator

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions as an Artwork & Labelling Junior Project Coordinator, supporting marketing teams in the end‑to‑end flow of packaging visual communications for print and e‑Commerce. The role is hybrid, with two days a week in the office, and requires fluent English.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full D2D project lifecycle for assigned brands, from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between brand teams, agency partners, and design services to align deliverables.
• Collect and distribute reference materials and label information, maintaining accuracy and “right first time” output.
• Manage Label Info Specification and SAP Labelling Records, supporting large‑scale projects as needed.
• Maintain D2D and label‑info templates, and support digital archiving of packaging assets in the Nestlé Content Hub.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience managing packaging design or artwork projects from development to printer.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Design, Communications or a related field.
• Strong visual, written and oral communication skills in English.
• Good eye for detail, passion for precision and efficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP Labelling records.
