Architect – Lisbon Studio

About the role

Broadway Malyan is expanding its Lisbon studio and is looking for a motivated Architect to join a dynamic, globally‑connected team. You will work on a variety of complex, sustainable projects that shape urban environments across Portugal and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for commercial, residential, education, life‑science, leisure and cultural projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on master‑planning, transit‑oriented development and 15‑minute neighbourhood initiatives.
• Prepare and present design documentation, drawings and visualisations to clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to project coordination, ensuring compliance with local regulations and sustainability goals.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of architectural project experience in Portugal.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Strong design sensibility, critical thinking and creativity.
• Collaborative, proactive communication style and ability to thrive in a high‑performing studio.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
• Knowledge of CAD, Photoshop and InDesign.
