Arabic Quality Assurance Analyst – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

The EMEA AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team within TikTok Product is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Quality Assurance Analyst on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support safety and non‑safety data annotation projects, ensuring high‑quality outputs and compliance with policy standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits of annotated content, analyse errors and provide feedback to annotation teams.
• Facilitate calibration meetings with cross‑functional stakeholders to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Policy point‑of‑contact to disseminate policy updates and address policy‑related queries.
• Generate regular performance reports for subject‑matter experts and management.
• Lead root‑cause analysis (RCA) escalations and propose process improvements.
• Participate in policy briefings to ensure alignment with local cultural, socio‑political, and geographical contexts.
• Support onboarding initiatives by developing training SOPs and materials.
• Moderate queues and take part in knowledge quizzes to keep policy implementation skills current.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of QA or trust‑and‑safety experience in a major tech or media company.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making abilities in ambiguous situations.
• Familiarity with labeling workflows and the interaction between upstream and downstream teams.
• High proficiency in Arabic.

Required skills

• Arabic language proficiency (native or near‑native).
