Applied AI Specialist – Voice AI (Junior/Intermediate)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Applied AI Specialist to join our Voice AI team. The role starts with feature testing and quality assurance for Voice AI products and evolves into a Forward Deployed Engineer position, working directly with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases, manage regression testing, and log defects for Voice AI features.
• Configure, deploy, and support Voice AI solutions (e.g., ElevenLabs, Twilio, Amazon Connect) in customer environments.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to customers and document issues and test results.
• Track work using Jira or Linear and translate customer feedback into actionable tickets.
• Evaluate AI model performance, balancing latency, accuracy, and cost.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Voice AI platforms or telephony concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior customer‑facing or QA/support experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or equivalent practical experience.
