Application Support Analyst – Cruise Technology

About the role

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to ensure the smooth operation of our cruise technology platforms. You will act as the technical expert for the Marella Cruises fleet, supporting both onboard and shore‑based teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the MXP property management system across the entire fleet.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and subject‑matter expert for cruise applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues to minimise operational disruption.
• Gather requirements, test, and implement new features and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, manuals and operating procedures.
• Monitor system performance, conduct routine audits and proactively identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate incident management, system updates and integrations with internal IT teams and external suppliers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in systems support and maintenance, preferably within cruise or hospitality environments.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Deep understanding of property management system processes and contexts.
• Expertise in incident management, root‑cause analysis and rapid issue resolution.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
