Application Production Support Engineer

Decskill is seeking an Application Production Support Engineer to provide technical and functional assistance for RISK Systems in Portugal. You will join a fast‑growing IT consulting team that values curiosity, collaboration, and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical and functional support for RISK Systems applications.
• Implement monitoring solutions and supervise both technical and functional components.
• Coordinate and manage releases of application components.
• Integrate applications using existing products and services to accelerate implementation.
• Create and maintain documentation and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and rigor.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and simplify it.
• Proactive attitude with critical thinking.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good level of English.

Required skills

• Unix/Linux systems.
• Shell and Python scripting.
• DevOps tools: Ansible, TeamCity, Jenkins, Kubernetes.
• Database modeling, architecture and SQL.
• Knowledge of Java.
