Appian Consultant – Hybrid (3+ years)

About the role

KCS IT is seeking an experienced Appian Consultant to join our hybrid team. You will design, develop, and maintain low‑code applications on the Appian platform while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Appian applications using process models, SAIL interfaces, records, and reports.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate Appian solutions with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Produce technical documentation and support deployment activities.
• Ensure adherence to Appian best practices and coding standards.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience as an Appian Developer or Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of the Appian Low‑Code Platform.
• Experience with process modeling, SAIL interfaces, records, expressions, and integrations.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and relational databases (SQL).
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
