Anti-Money Laundering Trainer

About the role

Join a leading consulting firm to design and deliver anti‑money laundering (AML) training programs that strengthen compliance capabilities across client organizations. You will work closely with business units to translate complex regulatory requirements into engaging learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop structured, interactive training materials tailored to operational and regulatory needs.
• Facilitate both theoretical and practical training sessions, ensuring clarity and knowledge retention.
• Monitor trainee progress, evaluate training effectiveness, and adjust content based on feedback and performance data.
• Provide one‑on‑one mentorship and coaching to address individual learning gaps.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to stay current on AML typologies, red‑flag indicators, and regulatory updates.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in AML training, compliance, or a related operational role.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, law or a related field (high school diploma is the minimum qualification).
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
