Analyst Relations Manager

About the role

Feedzai is seeking an Analyst Relations Manager to shape the company’s presence with industry analysts worldwide. The role works closely with global marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure Feedzai’s solutions for financial crime prevention are accurately represented in analyst reports and market guides.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for priority analysts, scheduling briefings and sharing product roadmaps, customer successes, and corporate strategy.
• Lead Feedzai’s participation in major analyst evaluations, managing submissions, coordinating executive interviews, and distributing final reports.
• Collaborate with product marketing and product management to craft analyst‑friendly messaging, presentations, and demos that highlight competitive differentiation.
• Monitor analyst research agendas to surface emerging trends and competitive insights, and share findings with internal stakeholders.
• Educate sales and marketing teams on analyst findings and positioning to leverage quotes and reports in go‑to‑market activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to fraud, AML, or broader financial‑crime compliance.
• Strong understanding of the challenges facing banks and payment networks in combating financial crime.
• Experience or willingness to work in a global, multi‑office environment.
• Exceptional project‑management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for analyst audiences.
