AML Analyst – French Speaker

About the role
We are seeking an AML Analyst who is fluent in French to join our Lisbon office. The role focuses on monitoring and analysing payment alerts to prevent money‑laundering activities, supporting our clients’ compliance obligations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse alerts related to money‑laundering risks and assess their relevance.
- Maintain accurate records of all payment alerts and propose improvements to existing procedures.
- Investigate suspicious transactions and, when necessary, escalate cases for further investigation.
Required profile
- University degree in Law, International Relations, Political Science, Economics or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in banking services, compliance, KYC, AML or a similar area.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Fluent in English and French.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
