AI Transformation Consultant – Digital Impulse

About the role

As a Data & AI Transformation Consultant you will help clients navigate the artificial intelligence landscape, bridging business strategy and technical execution to deliver impactful, ethical, and scalable AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to identify, structure, and prioritize AI and GenAI use cases.
• Translate complex business challenges into AI opportunities with measurable impact and ROI.
• Design and implement AI governance models covering ownership, policies, control processes, risk management, and Responsible AI principles.
• Assess data maturity and organisational readiness for AI adoption, identifying gaps and strategic opportunities.
• Define AI‑driven transformation roadmaps aligned with regulatory, ethical, and security requirements such as the EU AI Act and GDPR.
• Collaborate with data, analytics, architecture, and cybersecurity teams to operationalise initiatives.
• Establish metrics to track value, adoption, and real‑world impact of AI projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in data & AI strategy, digital transformation, technology consulting or innovation program management.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills, with experience leading discovery workshops across hierarchical levels.
• Solid background in AI & data governance, defining policies, processes and controls for AI environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, fine‑tuning and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of AI operating models (centralised, federated, hybrid) and experience conducting maturity assessments.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act, GDPR and NIST AI RMF.
• Experience with change‑management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) and exposure to highly regulated sectors (banking, insurance, healthcare, utilities) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; fluency in English is mandatory.
