AI-Native Software Engineer - Early Career

About the role

ChainGPT is seeking an early‑career AI‑native software engineer to help build its enterprise AI platform, Brain by AIVM. This remote, full‑time position is ideal for recent graduates, current students, or self‑taught developers who are passionate about modern AI tooling and want to contribute to production‑ready features from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship prototypes, demos, and real product features using AI coding tools.
• Rapidly turn ideas into working demos and then evolve them into scalable, reliable components.
• Direct, evaluate, and control AI coding agents to amplify engineering output.
• Collaborate closely with founders and senior engineers across product, engineering, and strategy.
• Explore and define new AI‑driven development workflows to accelerate the team.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience building projects with AI tools and a portfolio of repos, demos, or prototypes.
• Strong curiosity, self‑learning ability, and a focus on output over formal credentials.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment with real responsibility.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Codex.
• Familiarity with Claude Code.
• Use of Cursor or similar AI‑enhanced IDEs.
• Experience with AI coding agents and agentic development workflows.
