AI Developer (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking AI Developer to join our team in Portugal. You will design and implement AI‑powered solutions that address real business challenges while contributing to a culture focused on well‑being, continuous learning, and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build and maintain end‑to‑end AI workflows, from data preparation to model integration, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise platforms and automate processes through intelligent solutions.
• Evaluate model performance, ensure security, scalability, governance, and responsible AI usage.
• Document technical architectures, solutions, and development processes.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker with strong communication skills.
• Passion for AI technologies and a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
