Agile Moderator & Data Engineering Internship

About the role

Join Bosch's Aveiro R&D centre as an extracurricular intern, supporting both agile team facilitation and data engineering activities. You will work in an international environment, helping the team deliver high‑quality heating solutions while gaining hands‑on experience with modern cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and moderate agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Develop, maintain and monitor data pipelines to ensure data quality, reliability and availability.
• Support the design and optimisation of data models for reporting, analytics and AI use cases.
• Explore, evaluate and prototype new cloud and digital solutions to improve team tools and processes.

Required profile

• Master's degree or PhD student in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Academic or project experience in data engineering, cloud technologies or software development is a plus.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international setting.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and interest in DevOps principles.
