About the role
The Agile Coach will act as a change agent, driving agility across the banking sector. You will train teams on Agile concepts, mentor individuals, and facilitate collaborative problem‑solving. The role combines consulting, coaching, and facilitation to embed Agile values and practices.
Key responsibilities
- Coach teams by applying Agile values, principles, practices, tools and techniques.
- Participate in and energize Agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups, retrospectives and planning sessions.
- Create and facilitate workshops and events to promote Agile adoption.
- Provide training, advice and share Agile methodologies with stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach Agile team members, including Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
Required profile
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- French language skills are a plus.
