After Sales & Service Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced After Sales & Service Director to lead our regional aftermarket and service profit centre. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for executing the aftermarket strategy, driving customer retention, and ensuring high equipment uptime.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the regional Aftermarket & Service strategy aligned with long‑term customer retention goals.
• Own the Service Profit Centre, overseeing financial planning, forecasting and compliance with internal and external policies.
• Optimize warranty processes, monitor KPIs and drive service maturity to reduce costs and equipment downtime.
• Collaborate with regional leaders and local teams to support sales objectives, provide product feedback and grow spare‑parts and consumables revenue.
• Build and lead a high‑performing technical team, continuously upgrading their skills and fostering both customer and employee satisfaction.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Solid experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English with sound economic knowledge.
