Administrative & Digital Design Assistant

About the role

Mackenzie Portugal is seeking an organised, creative and proactive Administrative & Digital Design Assistant. The role blends everyday office administration with the creation of visual and digital content, supporting both internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day administrative and organisational tasks.
• Prepare documents, presentations, quotations and other business materials.
• Assist with digital content and social‑media materials.
• Create and edit visual presentations, brochures, mood boards and marketing materials.
• Organise files, images, product information and project documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers, clients and business partners.
• Support the team with general office and project coordination.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and schedule meetings.

Required profile

• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong eye for design, layout and presentation.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good written and spoken English (Portuguese is a plus).
• Reliable, well‑organised and creative.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and suppliers.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
