Accounts Receivable Accountant – German Focus

About the role

As an Accounts Receivable Accountant focused on German operations, you will join Enovis’ Shared Services Centre in Lisbon. You will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end AR process, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Process and post customer invoices and payments in the ERP system.
• Monitor and reconcile the AR ledger, including aging analysis and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with German‑language customers to address billing inquiries and resolve payment issues.
• Support month‑end and quarter‑end closing activities, preparing AR reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and analytical mindset.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or related finance function, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
