Accounts Payable Accountant – Germany (Shared Services)

About the role

As an Accounts Payable Accountant in Enovis’ Shared Services Centre located in Lisbon, you will support the German business unit of this global medical‑technology company. You will be part of a dynamic finance team that handles the full accounts‑payable cycle, ensuring that suppliers are paid accurately and on time while contributing to continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Process and post invoices, expense reports and payment batches for the German market.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and optimize the accounts‑payable workflow in accordance with internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including procurement, tax and regional finance, to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide timely reporting and analysis of AP metrics to senior finance leadership.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language proficiency is a plus.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and teamwork.
