Accountant – International Finance Team (Portugal)

About the role

Join Testo’s finance team in Portugal as an Accountant supporting multiple international entities. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, smooth payment processes, and compliance with accounting standards across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for Testo subsidiaries, including depreciation, accruals, and provisions.
• Execute timely payment runs and manage cash‑flow operations.
• Create and monitor dunning runs, supporting receivables collection.
• Post bank statements and perform account reconciliations.
• Review, post, and validate incoming invoices for correctness and legal compliance.
• Maintain master data for creditors, debtors, and banking details.
• Serve as the primary contact for accounting queries from group subsidiaries.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training or a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven accounting experience, preferably in an international or group environment.
• Strong attention to detail, structured work style and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and spoken Portuguese and English.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP accounting standards.
• Experience with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO modules) – a plus.
