Accountant – Hotel Finance

About the role

MGM Muthu Hotels is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to support its fast‑growing hotel division. You will manage core accounting processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to accurate financial reporting across a global portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Record and control all accounting entries.
• Manage accounts receivable: issue invoices, record receipts, settle payments, and prepare weekly reports.
• Manage accounts payable: record supplier invoices, process payment requests, and reconcile supplier statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and handle travel expense processing.
• Prepare financial reports and accounting statements.
• Support monthly and annual closing activities.
• Ensure tax and accounting compliance.
• Assist internal and external auditors.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
