Account Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to nurture client relationships, deliver value, and drive growth across a portfolio of accounts. This fully remote position offers flexible hours and the chance to work with a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
• Develop trusted partnerships by understanding client objectives and long‑term goals.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling, and additional service opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure successful service delivery.
• Monitor account performance, improve client satisfaction, and prepare business reviews.
• Track activities, opportunities, and customer data in the CRM system.
• Negotiate contract renewals and support commercial discussions.
• Achieve revenue, retention, and growth targets while resolving client concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development or Customer Success.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and grow accounts.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.
