Account Manager – MENA Region

About the role

We are looking for a founding Account Manager to launch and own the Account Management function for the MENA region at respond.io. This remote, full‑time position will shape how we engage, retain, and grow self‑service customers and a small portfolio of high‑potential key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the account management playbook for MENA, working closely with the Head of Sales.
• Spend ~70% of time nurturing self‑service customers, moving them from unmanaged to actively engaged.
• Manage a select group of key accounts (~30% of time), driving expansion and retention.
• Run monthly engagement experiments to identify drivers of customer success.
• Provide onboarding, best‑practice guidance, and ongoing support to maximize platform value.

Required profile

• Comfortable operating in high‑ambiguity environments and making decisions with incomplete data.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build processes from scratch.
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• Passion for solving real customer problems and delivering measurable outcomes.
