Account Executive – Corporate Exhibit Design

About the role

We are seeking an Account Executive to lead client relationships and oversee corporate exhibit design projects from concept to on‑site delivery for a leading modular exhibit company in Puerto Rico.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Translate functional and branding briefs into clear directives for internal design and production teams.
• Coordinate all phases of projects, including concept development, design, production, logistics, setup, and delivery.
• Prepare art panels and ensure brand application meets client standards.
• Attend installations and setups on‑site at events and conventions.
• Manage multiple accounts and projects, maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Experience in an agency, events firm, or creative/production services environment.
• Proven track record managing corporate clients and overseeing projects.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English with professional‑level communication skills.
• Availability for fieldwork, extended hours, and weekends based on event schedules.
• Own vehicle required.
