Account Director – Enterprise Creative Services

About the role

This remote position leads a portfolio of strategically important enterprise customers within a global creative services environment. You will own the end‑to‑end relationship, from initial scoping through delivery, renewal and expansion, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the relationship for 5–10 enterprise customers, driving retention, expansion and executive‑level trust.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, identify upgrade and growth opportunities, and lead renewal negotiations.
• Translate customer objectives into scalable creative programs and coordinate delivery with Project Managers and Producers.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex issues, monitor account health, burn rates and profitability.
• Coach and develop Project Managers and Producers, and collaborate with Creative, Product and Operations teams.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of account management or client services experience in creative, marketing or digital environments.
• 3–5+ years in an account leadership role such as Senior Account Manager, Group Account Manager or Account Director.
• Proven track record managing and growing enterprise or high‑value global accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen, experience with SaaS, D2C or B2B clients, and ability to meet revenue and retention targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills, with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
