Academy Trainee – Training Program Development

About the role

Join PwC's Academy as a Trainee and contribute to the design, delivery, and promotion of training programs for internal and external clients. You will work closely with business leaders to help organisations develop the skills they need to thrive in a changing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training programs and monitor their implementation.
• Track execution of training sessions, providing support to both internal and external clients.
• Organise the full logistical and technical‑pedagogical process for each training event.
• Assist in promoting training offerings and preparing proposal documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Interest in the training sector with some relevant experience or contacts.
• Dynamic, communicative, organised, and passionate about customer service.
• Resilient, idea‑driven, critical thinker who enjoys teamwork.
• Comfortable using new technologies, including basic website management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Basic website management skills.
