As a key leader for TK Elevator in Puerto Rico, you will take full ownership of our branch operations, driving strategic growth and operational excellence. You will be the driving force behind our local success, ensuring financial profitability while fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and pride within our teams.

Missions principales

• Strategic Leadership: Supervise department heads and superintendents to ensure seamless operational efficiency and alignment with corporate goals.
• Financial Management: Full P&L responsibility, including managing gross margins, EBIT, accounting reports, and invoice approvals.
• Business Development: Collaborate with sales teams to expand the client base, ensure service contract retention, and build strong relationships with consultants, owners, and key stakeholders.
• Safety & Compliance: Rigorously implement safety programs and ensure strict adherence to local industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Human Resources & Labor Relations: Manage performance processes for both unionized and non-unionized employees, oversee salary recommendations, and manage relations with the International Association of Elevator Constructors.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional teams in Operations, Sales, Finance, Safety, and HR to synchronize local actions with global strategy.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in a General Management or senior executive role.
• Deep expertise in the elevator industry or a closely related technical/industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of the local Puerto Rico market and industry-specific regulations.
• University degree (Bachelor's degree or higher) in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex P&L and diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
